An interesting use case of how Chatgpt can be used as social proof about a brand. Chatgpt is a combination of millions of websites, opinions and sources. And when we ask Chatgpt about a brand, we are literally getting a bird’s eye view of what the internet thinks about that brand.
The initiative by Mcdonald’s was terrific. Burger king’s response was quirky and funny. Subway though appears to have piled on with that response to gather eyeballs.
